Tuesday in class we went off topic for a while as is usually the case when I get distracted. We ended up talking about ethical decision making and how incentives are not aligned in the business world. A few hours later I had an email with the link below. It talks about how Walmart is incorporating sustainability of the supply chain in performance reviews. Let’s sit back and see incentives in action.
