I am a Kogod Research Professor and Associate Professor in the Information Technology and Analytics Department of the Kogod School of Business at American University. My research addresses questions at the interface of Operations Management and Information Systems. Prior to joining AU, I was on the faculty of the Supply Chain and Information Systems Department of the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University. I received a PhD at London Business School in the Management Science and Operations Department, a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Quantitative Studies at the Spears School of Business, Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science in Computational Finance at the Centre for Computational Finance and Economic Agents, University of Essex.
